Refund, Exchange, & Credit Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make it right! However, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer exchanges and store credit in accordance with the following guidelines:

Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or higher (additional cost may apply) within 24 hrs from the date of purchase.

  • All items being exchanged must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and labels attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.

Store Credit

  • If you prefer not to exchange an item, we can offer you store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount.

  • Store credit will be issued to your account or a digital gift card, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

  • To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item must be returned within 24 hrs of purchase.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount may not be eligible for exchange or store credit unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting an exchange or store credit.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange or issue store credit for the full amount, including any shipping charges.
